• A citizen of Nepal or
• Bhutan,
• Tibetan Refugee who have migrated to India before 1st January 1962

Age Criteria:-

• Candidates should have completed the age of 18 years and should not have completed the age of 40 years as on 1st January 2019.
• Candidates from the reserved category are also provided relaxation in upper age limit.

Educational Qualification:-

• Candidates should have a graduate degree from recognized university.
• Applicants must have working knowledge of Devanagari script and also about culture of Rajasthan.
• Applicants should hold “O” level or higher diploma in DOEACC.
